Who we are
BAYNUX is a Bangladesh-based, trade-licensed information technology sole proprietorship. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through baynux.com.
The website contact is hello@baynux.com. Please use that address for privacy requests.
Information we collect
If you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message you submit.
The site also receives ordinary technical information from the hosting network, such as browser type and the address of the page requested. We use that information to keep the site available and secure.
If you are the authorized administrator, your sign-in email and authentication records are stored so the private workspace can be protected.
How we use information
We use enquiry details to read your message, reply to it and keep a record of the conversation. Each enquiry is stored in the private inbox and a copy is emailed to hello@baynux.com. We use technical information to operate, protect and understand the reliability of the website.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use enquiry details for an unrelated marketing list.
Cookies and similar technologies
The public website does not use advertising cookies and does not run a third-party analytics tracker.
The private admin sign-in stores a session in your browser so you can remain signed in. That storage is part of authentication. If you do not use the admin, that session is not created.
Who processes data for us
The site is designed to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages or Vercel, and content and enquiries are stored in Supabase. Those providers process information on our instructions in order to host the website, the database and uploaded media.
FormSubmit receives each enquiry so it can email a copy to hello@baynux.com. FormSubmit keeps that submission for a short period so the message can be delivered.
An enquiry is visible to the authorized BAYNUX administrator. It is not published on the website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond, to keep a record of what was asked, and to meet any legal duty that applies. You may ask us to delete an enquiry. We will do so unless we need to retain it for a legal reason, in which case we will tell you why.
Server logs kept by the host follow that host's retention practices.
Sharing
We share personal information with infrastructure providers only so they can host and protect the service, or when the law requires us to disclose it. We do not share enquiry contents with advertisers.
Security
The public can read published pages. Enquiries can be submitted, and they cannot be read back by the public. The admin workspace requires a signed-in administrator, and database rules enforce that limit. No service-level database key is placed in the website code.
Please avoid sending passwords, payment card numbers or sensitive identity documents through the contact form.
Your requests
You may ask what enquiry information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@baynux.com from the address you used on the form. We may need to confirm that the address belongs to you before we act.
Children
This website is a business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through the contact form.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date on this page. The current version is the one published at baynux.com/privacy/.
Contact
Privacy questions and requests go to hello@baynux.com. BAYNUX is based in Bangladesh.
