These terms govern use of baynux.com, the website of BAYNUX, a Bangladesh-based, trade-licensed information technology sole proprietorship.

They cover the website. A paid engagement, if we agree one, will have its own written scope. Sending a message through the contact form does not create that engagement.

You may read the public pages and send an enquiry. You may not attempt to access the admin workspace, another person's enquiry, or any non-public area.

The site is provided in English.

An enquiry is a message, not a contract, a quote, or a promise to start work. We read messages sent to the published contact and reply when we can.

Please send accurate contact details. Do not send confidential information that you are not ready to share in an email-style message.

When BAYNUX publishes a product, the page carries a status: Concept, In Development, Beta, Live or Coming Soon. A product marked Live is an operational service.

Pages for concepts and unfinished products describe a direction. They are not an offer to supply that product, and they are not a claim that the product exists as a working system.

The website design, writing and the BAYNUX name and logo belong to BAYNUX unless a page says otherwise. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy the logo, the writing, or the layout for your own commercial use without permission.

Ideas you send us remain yours. Describing an idea in an enquiry does not transfer it to BAYNUX, and it does not require BAYNUX to keep it confidential unless we have agreed that separately in writing.

Do not misuse the site. That includes attempting to break access controls, sending malware, scraping in a way that degrades the service, or using the contact form to harass, impersonate or deceive.

We may ignore or discard messages that do those things, and we may mark them as spam.

Hosting, database, storage and sign-in are provided by infrastructure companies named in the privacy policy. Their services are part of how the site runs. Links to other websites, if we publish any, leave baynux.com and follow the other site's terms.

The public pages are general information about BAYNUX. They are not legal, financial or technical advice for your situation. A product page describes a working system only when its status is Live.

To the extent the law of Bangladesh allows, BAYNUX is not liable for loss arising only from the use of this informational website. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it. A separate written contract governs any paid work.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over disputes that relate to use of this website.

We may update these terms as the website changes. The version on this page, with its date, is the version that applies. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms for that use.
